  • Identifying the bank’s needs and new business development opportunities for the overall digital business (issuing and acquiring model)
  • Develop & implement strategic initiatives towards the growth of customer onboardings, engagement (active and inactive), retention, financial performance & features in the new digital app (m/i-Banking) and card payment
  • Maintains strong internal and external relations and capitalizes on such as C-suits, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Risk and compliance, Credit Team, relevant card associations, and Vendors
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets through the digital business channel and implement effective distribution strategies, monitor sales performance, analyze market trends to identify opportunities
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap as a Business Product Owner to develop the new product and to penetrate the market
  • Conduct training, prepare Business SOP, FAQ, User guide, T&C, Application Form, and other business supporting documentation
  • Setting up a Weekly/ Monthly/ Yearly target for all branches to meet the management’s goal
  • Lead and manage the reporting process weekly and monthly basis for management review
  • Create marketing activities for all digital products and review marketing campaigns and communication plan are effective
  • Monitor, track and measure weekly campaigns performance and brainstorm ideas to effective and highest campaign performance, reach and considerations
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and objectives
  • Conduct market research and monitor the market trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead in the retail banking market

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA or other advanced degree is preferable)
  • Have at least 3- 4 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to complete work accurately and promptly
  • Able to lead and teach team members
  • Well-developed relationship-building and teamwork skills
  • Ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • Good communication skills, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken English language
