  • Handle developing recruitment strategies and job postings.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
  • Identify training needs and assist in developing training programs.
  • Assist in administering payroll and employee benefits programs.
  • Provide support in benefits enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Prepare reports on HR activities, such as recruitment, turnover, and training.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. (MBA is preferred.)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably in the food or manufacturing industry. 
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office. (Advanced Excel is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
