To assist and support on administration of Employee Health Insurance benefits programs that align to company goals and competitive practices.

  • Explain to employee inquires via phone and email for employee health insurance reimbursement process/payment
  • Ensure to check & collect the employee’s all necessary claim documents/data and update/maintain in the master database of claims tracker
  • Translate to English from Myanmar upon the required (Example: Hospital Discharge Summary, Police First Information Report and etc.)
  • Ensure details to check the employee’s all necessary claim documents and proper filing in the system share-drive
  • Ensure to check and prepare the finalize documents for daily submission to the insurance company
  • Back to Back follow up with employee upon the needed/required documents and
  • Case by case, details to check for deadline submission duration and follow up to employees/ respective employees via phone and email
  • To Provide administrative support to the wider team when required
  • Daily report to direct supervisor and others are upon the tasks from direct line manager and functional head

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in relevant field
  • Must be have 3+ years solid working experience in relevant fields, especially in Health insurance
  • Must have well knowledge background in insurance claim process, especially in health insurance
  • Must have well experience in translation skills in Myanmar to English and English to Myanmar
  • Excellent command of written (can be type Pyidaungsu font) and spoken English and Myanmar languages
  • Proven computer literacy in Microsoft office series, data analysis & database skills, Office G-suite
  • Communication skills and ability to build amiable relationship with co-workers and employees
  • Flexible and willingness to work under pressure and hardworking
