  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Modern Trade channel to achieve business targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts and partners.
  • Negotiate trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities, and provide insights for business growth.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to senior management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within Modern Trade.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of sales and DMS systems is an advantage.
