  • Analyze staffing needs across various departments and business units
  • Draft and publish job announcements on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and JobNet
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews
  • Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary for specialized roles
  • Build and maintain an internal CV database
  • Support workforce expansion and replacement planning
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and recruitment SOPs
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
  • Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software
  • Experience working with recruitment agencies is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
  • Adaptable to recruiting for various industries and job levels
