- Post customer payments by recording cash transactions
- Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices
- Resolve collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, credit line
- Coordinating contact with collections department
- Summarize receivables by maintaining invoice accounts
- Coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivables account, verifying totals, and preparing report
- Processing invoices for all sales transaction
- Check prices and contract are up to date
- Reporting monthly sales result to the sales team

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- 3 years and above for experiences in customer follow up
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting Knowledge, LCCI Level(3)
- Administrative, Finance & Account, Cashier, banking or insurance- industry
- Experience processing customer payment online
- Experience computer skills
