Performance Development & Management

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of performance management systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Tracking and maintaining an up-to-date inventory of employees' skills and competencies, identifying gaps, and recommending training programs.
  • Supporting the setup and ongoing monitoring of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive employee performance.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of succession plans, identifying potential talent and providing development opportunities.

 

Learning Programs

  • Assist in the design, delivery, and management of digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules and online training programs.
  • Provide administrative support for strategic learning design and roadmap development.
  • Provide administrative support for learning management systems, including course creation, enrollment, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver effective learning programs.
  • Develop and design training programs, including course content, materials, and assessments.
  • Training coordination, arranging to contact nominated staff for training, and providing their training fees.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust training programs as necessary.
  • Solve employee requirements and inquiries related to training and development programs and any training-related issues if they arise.
  • Negotiate with external training providers to obtain favorable pricing and terms.

 

Development Programs

  • Facilitate onboarding programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Support career development initiatives by organizing training and development activities that align with employees' career goals and organizational needs.
  • Assist in coaching and facilitation sessions to enhance employee performance and leadership skills.
  • Engage in collaborative efforts to optimize development programs and ensure they meet organizational and employee needs.

 

Learning and Development Metrics & Budgeting

  • Enters external and internal training records into the database.
  • Prepare data for the monthly KPI and ISO process.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on learning and development programs to measure effectiveness and inform decision-making.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Track and monitor L&D expenses related to training programs, certifications, and employee development initiatives
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by the department.

  • Must have a bachelor's degree, and having a master's degree in business or related is more preferable.
  • Must have a diploma or relevant certificate in human resources.
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with various stakeholders, including management, employees, and external vendors.
  • Ability to make informed and timely decisions based on available information and data.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of various learning theories and frameworks to design and implement effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge in performance management and learning management systems.
  • Ability to design and develop training curricula tailored to organizational needs.
  • Understanding of project management principles to assist in the execution of L&D projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation, data analysis, and presentations
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems for managing employee training records.
