  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate regularly with candidates about their application status
  • Assist with preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation
  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and employer branding activities

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Upper Intermediate level in English (4 skills).
