Overall Purpose
Being part of Learning Channel Development team, you will be responsible for creating and mobilizing collaborative network of learning communities (primarily via Workplace® platform) to instil learning culture as well as leverage the knowledge and know-how of people throughout the organization.

Duty and Responsibilities
- Build a collaborative learning environment and mobilize employees to participate in it
- Manage online learning forums and engage with the learners to ignite collaborative learning
- Collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts for contents creation
- Facilitate knowledge sharing workshops as required
- Monitor social learning analytics and continuously improve social learning strategies
- Identify and deploy collaborative tools to support our network of trainers and trainees
- Provide advice for “digitization” of training and online learning
- Align learning with business needs in a dynamic business environment

Education & Experiences
Essential
- University graduate
- Experience in training or online-learning or social media or retail-banking
- Proactive individual with a strong affinity for social media and digital tools

Knowledge and Skills
Essential
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Effective communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and research skills

Languages
Essential
- Proficiency in speaking, writing and typing in both Myanmar and English languages
