To support business and operational continuity by effectively managing Human Capital operations, workforce planning, recruitment execution, employee relations, and HR process improvement. This role is responsible for leading day-to-day HC operations, ensuring timely manpower fulfillment, maintaining workforce discipline, driving compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and providing practical HC solutions aligned with business needs.

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for operational, technical, and support functions, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
  • Partner with line managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce needs, manpower planning, hiring priorities, and operational challenges.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels including job portals, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and other talent networks.
  • Review candidate profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate selection processes, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth hiring closure.
  • Monitor recruitment progress, maintain hiring dashboards, analyze recruitment trends, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Oversee employee onboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation, orientation, and smooth integration of new employees.
  • Manage employee records, employment contracts, HC databases, and ensure accuracy and compliance of employee information.
  • Supervise attendance management, leave administration, shift schedules, and overtime monitoring in collaboration with operational teams.
  • Review and validate payroll-related inputs including attendance, overtime, employee movements, and other HC-related changes.
  • Prepare and analyze HC reports including headcount status, manpower movement, recruitment progress, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, and workforce trends.
  • Identify workforce and HC operational issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency and employee stability.
  • Support employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and ensure consistent application of company policies and labor regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness, retention, workforce productivity, and overall HC service delivery.
  • Guide and support HC team members in daily operations, ensuring effective execution and service quality.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to recruitment and HC operations.
  • Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or operations-driven environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience in supervising or leading HC team members is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in recruitment, workforce planning, and HC operations management.
  • Good understanding of labor laws, employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Ability to lead, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and manage multiple HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HC data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, firm, and solutions-focused with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, HR systems, and HC reporting tools.
  • Ability to coach and guide junior HC team members
