This position is a 1-year contract-based employment.

Job Purpose

 

To provide administrative and operational support for Tower Rollout projects, ensuring effective coordination between internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The role focuses on maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating timely communication to achieve project milestones and deliverables.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress trackers.
  • Coordinate daily activities between site teams, contractors, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Ensure site acquisition, design, civil works, power, and installation tasks are properly aligned.
  • Track project milestones, site progress, and resource utilization.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and clients.
  • Identify delays, issues, and risks, and escalate them to the Project Manager.
  • Maintain accurate project records including contracts, permits, drawings, and site status reports.
  • Support in ensuring compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
  • Assist with project acceptance documentation and site handover packages.
  • Serve as the contact point for contractors, suppliers, and site engineers for coordination.
  • Support communication between landlords, local authorities, and internal teams when needed.
  • Ensure timely follow-up of pending actions with stakeholders.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecom, Project Management, or related field.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in telecom, construction, or infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of tower construction processes, permitting, and telecom rollout is an advantage.

Key Skillsets

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools (MS Project/Primavera).
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
