  • Support ATL/BTL campaign development and execution in collaboration with agencies and internal teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Media, and Finance teams to ensure brand strategies are effectively executed in market.Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to refine brand strategies.
  • Supplier and Agency Cash In/Out process work with Finance Department
  • Project related PR form submittion, follow up to Procurement Dept and design requestsition to design team 
  • Cross department follow up process and reporting to update project status to Brand Manager
  • Assign Project and Budget usage completion report to Brand Manager 
  • Go market visit with Brand Manager to know about market situation and understanding of branding strategy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, ideally within FMCG/personal care categories.
  • Experience in NPD and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for parenting, baby care, or health-related consumer segments is a plus.
