  • Submit underwriting approval requests for new business cases.
  • Follow up on policy issuance and underwriting requirements.
  • Collect premiums and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Deliver policy documents and renewal certificates to clients.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance operations.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
