We are seeking a dedicated Admin and Customer Success Executive to join our team. In this role, You will support our Cambodian Office with customer support activities such as leading account activations, resolving HR related inquiries, and driving engagement on our platform. If you are passionate about delivering values to our customers through the Customer Service team, we would love to hear from you. 

What You Will Do

• Lead Account Activation: Responsible for the full ownership of client account activations to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Provide Technical Support: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, promptly resolving login difficulties and other system-related issues.
• Optimize Job Performance: Monitor job quality, performance and strategically upgrade or boost job listings with low applicant rates (CVs) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Industry Bonus: Previous experience or foundational knowledge in Talent Acquisition is highly preferred.
• Oversee Employer Profile Quality: Support in continuously monitoring and maintaining client profiles, photos, and Corporate Board runtimes to ensure high-quality platform standards.
• Support Leadership: Reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success and providing hands-on assistance with various daily operational tasks.
• Relationship Building: A proven ability to develop and maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
   

• Any Bachelor Degree Holder

• Must be able to use Microsoft Office, email, Excel

• Prefer to have experience in using CRM administration tools and software 

• Flexibility to work and can communicate with all level of employees

• Good command of English in both verbal and written  

• Pay attention to details to make sure Account activation are done correctly

• Develops and maintain effective working relationship with internal and external customers

• Experience with Talent Acquisition Knowledge is preferred
