•Find and interview new candidates to join the company .Post jobs ads on social media and job websites.

•Arrange appointment with interviewer and related dept head.

•Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions.

•Design and lead the orientation process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the company culture. Orientation for new hires and skills development for existing staff.

•Assist department heads is identifying staffing needs and maintaining an optimal workforce balance.

•Oversee employee benefits programs including Birthday plan and intern. Monthly birthday wishes for employees in related channel.

•Prepare employee recommendation letters, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents.

•Informing relevant department heads to screen and issue probation passes to employees who are about to be hired for probation.

•Conducting probation pass interviews for employees who are about to complete their probationary period and exit interviews for those who are about to resign.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hr Management ,Business Administration or related Field.
• 3-5 experience in hr with at least 1-2 years in a supervisor rolls or assistant Management.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, excellent communication 
• Proficiency in HRIS/MS office, and problem solving skill.
