We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Delivery Operations Supervisor Position to join our team. As a Delivery Operations Supervisor Position at Common Health Myanmar Company, you are responsible for the quality and efficiency of the delivery departments and their operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate the movement of orders and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all logistics activities, including receiving, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution of customer orders.
• Oversees the daily performance of delivery teams, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently according to company standards and policies.
• Oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, ensuring products are delivered to customers within established timeframes (SLAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement, customer service, product production, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, minimize costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Use the GPS or tracking system to identify areas of improvement, excess idling and adherence to routing.
• Maintain and update key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery operations, such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and inventory accuracy.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices to enhance delivery operations and streamline workflows.
• Train, mentor, and supervise delivery team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to company policies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and applicable transportation regulations.
• Plan manpower and resources for demands or workloads targeted and emerged.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in delivery and Logistics
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve logistical challenges effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in logistics operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
