  • Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and warehouse operations.
  • Negotiate contracts and build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials while optimizing costs and quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage procurement budgets, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans across the supply chain.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the Procurement & Supply Chain team.
  • Prepare management reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or professional certifications are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role.
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing, energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
    • Supply Chain & Logistics Management
    • Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • Strategic leadership and decision-making.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Leadership and people management skills.
  • Financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
