Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Build talent pipelines to meet current and future manpower needs.

Performance Management

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement plans.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and prepare annual training plans.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage salary structures, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compensation practices are competitive and internally equitable.
  • Review and update HR policies related to rewards and benefits.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Promote positive employee relations and a healthy workplace culture.
  • Plan and manage employee engagement activities.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Liaise with government offices and external stakeholders when required.

Administration & HR Operation Functions

  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR records.
  • Attendance management: Time in and out processing, Data management and creating time sheet for employees on project sites and collating for attendance processing.
  • Approving, processing and management of all employee overtime application for payroll and administration.
  • Checking, approving valid leave applications and disapproving non-valid leave and overtime applications according to leave policy.
  • Monthly leave reporting for payroll administration.
  • Ensure all time attendance management machine are functional at all time.
  • Enforce and monitor disciplinary actions to ensure compliance.
  • Participating in and resolving employee relations issues, including investigations and other related activities.
  • Maintaining employee morale by fostering a positive working environment through effective leadership and teamwork
  • Reviewing employee performance regularly to ensure that workers are meeting standards and addressing any issues that arise
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Manage HR systems and improve HR processes.
  • Monitoring the Admin arrangement for Local and oversea trip for annual trip, oversea trip and SD Bonus Trip and etc.
  • Manage / Provide to Office Party, celebration, Donation and etc...,

Support to Business [Sale Operation]

  • Required support to SR and Related Sale persons for Market Visit
  • Managed the Visit Trip for related Staffs
  • Arrange and Managed the Training support of HR in Distributor Area
  • Managed the Cost Efficiency [Monitor Budget Control]
  • Evaluate the Efficiency and Effective on Survey, Feedback

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management systems.
