  • Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, and deductions.

  • Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits records in HR systems.

  • Register new employees with the Social Security Board (SSB).

  • Prepare and submit SSB forms for employee enrollment, updates, and terminations.

  • Handle employment contracts (ECs) and related documentation.
  • Manage and protect employee data using HRIS systems.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and contract documentation.

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or compensation & benefits roles preferred

  • Basic knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and SSB regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll systems.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and Excel skills
