  • Perform and proceed all development function in all BU.
  • Drive the performance appraisal and review proceed for the designated BU.
  • Support employees in all BU to improve their performance.
  • Establish training and development program (Internal & External Training).
  • Drive the talent management and succession planning processes for all BU.
  • Develop a positive working culture and environment.
  • Support HR projects as assigned by Corporate Head of HR.
  • Any ad hoc assigned by Corporate Head of HR.

  • Bachelor’s degree in any degree, HR Diploma and Business Administration.
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive HR experience, must have 3 years’ experience in related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management systems.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills with HOD.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
