Develop and maintain project schedules, resource allocation plans, and documentation. Work with the development team to track progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
Serve as a liaison between software development teams, QA, UX/UI, product owners, and other stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication channels, including team meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews. Create and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Agile Framework and Scrum process JIRA, Confluence (Atlassian)and widely used for Agile (Scrum/Kanban) project tracking
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and project plans. Document risks, issues, and action items,ensuring timely updates and resolution. Ensure that project records are accurate and accessible for auditing and reference
Suggest process improvements for project delivery, documentation, and communication. Gather feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance project coordination practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
: 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within software development or IT projects.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or other software development methodologies is highly desired
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Slack).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
