  • Process and record accounts payable and accounts receivable.

  • Maintain the General Ledger by recording daily business transactions.

  • Ensure all vouchers (Payment, Receipt, Journal) are properly authorized and coded to the correct accounts.

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure internal records match bank statements.

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Reconcile petty cash and employee expense claims.

  • Assist with tax filings (Commercial Tax, Income Tax) and Social Security Board (SSB) payments if required.

  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial documents, contracts, and invoices.

  • Provide support during internal or external audits by retrieving requested documentation

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Relevant internship experience in a reputable firm is highly valued for entry-level applicants.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after initial training.
