Logistics Executive – 2 posts ( M/F )

Job Description

1. Prepare requisitions to apply import license
2. Liaise with suppliers for PO upon requested delivery schedules and shipment date. 
3. Arrange shipping documents (documentation process)
4. Liaise with Warehouse matter for the clearance cargos, loading and unloading process.
5. Pre-Survey and Handle on Operation of Heavy Machinery 
6. Check cargos damage or any discrepancies against with cargo picking list before handover to customers/ warehouse. 
7. Report to manager for the Import volume and its operation process
8. Responsible for the direct day-to-day operations to ensure achievement of cost, productivity, or accuracy, or timeliness objectives of the department
9. Reconcile invoice with actual shipment and create report for payment approval
10. To work on strengthening import & Logistics processes
11. Provide estimate point to point logistics cost from suppliers to customers for procurement department.
12.  Prepare logistics budget request for finance department.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree and/or Dip in Logistics 
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience 
3. Must be extremely professional in handling day to day operation
4. English 4 skills, Possess good written and verbal communication skills
5. Proficient in MS Office and excel spread sheets
6. .Good knowledge of Myanmar Customs rules & regulations.
7. Able to work independently involving interaction with people at all levels as well as participate as a team member.
