Our office has recently moved to Pun Hlaing Estate, Hlaing Thar Yar.

Position Purpose

Marketing Specialist must be responsible for liaising and working with agency & internal stakeholders and have a working knowledge of current marketing tools and strategies in order to plan and execute successful QR marketing execution & campaigns for Wave Money and handling Finance procedures.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Developing and implementing marketing campaign plans
• Establishing goals and objectives in order to reach our customers through appropriate marketing channels (digital and traditional).
• Promoting brand awareness through marketing efforts for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through prospecting and networking.
• Creating marketing materials for Merchants, and other partners marketing platforms.
• Supporting the marketing team with marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, and event planning.
• Assisting with the analyses of marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic in order to improve future marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate and support relevant internal/external teams as per plans.
• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure functionality and coordination of marketing activities/events and projects
• Performing other duties when needed

Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Myanmar & English. (Ability to write and speak in Burmese as well is a must)
• Creative and has strong common sense
• Administrations and project management
