Job Purpose 

The Officer/Senior Officer will be a key support to the one of the user Segment team, assisting in the planning, execution, and analysis of Above-the-Line (ATL) products & campaigns. This role is crucial for ensuring that marketing efforts for this user segment are carried out efficiently and effectively, contributing to brand visibility.

• Campaign Execution: Assist in the day-to-day execution of ATL segment products & campaigns across various channels, including USSD, SMS, App, Web, email, social. This involves coordinating with internal teams.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor ATL & segment-based offers and competitor activities. Assist & support in preparing plan & products to mitigate or bring new revenue stream
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, such as product, sales, and PR, to ensure smooth communication and campaign alignment.
• Product Lifecycle Support: Assist in the end-to-end management of products and services, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch performance monitoring
• Product Launch & GTM (Go-to-Market) Support: Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. This includes assisting with product positioning, messaging, and the creation of marketing materials.
• Initiative: A self-starter who is eager to learn and take on new challenges.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree with a related field will be required, A Master's degree (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing or a related field will be preferred.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing, product management, or business analyst role, with some exposure to the telecom or technology industry.
