An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide strategies planning, provide complete action program and operation guidance for risk management of the whole life cycle of the project.
  • Planning, managing and controlling the cost and budget of the project, and monitor the capital plan and daily cost of the project.
  • Work closely with financing team, and operation team to perform as planned and conduct reviews on variance from plan.
  • Provide advice relating to regulatory frameworks, contractual, project contract management and claim matters throughout the business.
  • Direct the design, planning, and implementation of corporate organizational development programs, policies, and procedures
  • Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction.
  • Serve as the liaison between companies, employees, customers, vendors, and independent contractors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Possess a degree from a recognized university, prefer degree with MBA as additional is advantage.
  • Have over 10 years’ working experience with proven track record. Preferably worked on power project, real estate, agriculture & infrastructure.
  • Familiar with project management field other recognized planning software.
  • Able to adopt the new software as per company requirement.
  • Strong in problem solving skill and fluent in English 4 skills.
  • Skilled in numerous areas including legal compliance, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office-Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Ability work under pressure.
  • Able to travel and stay in branch office.
