A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare detailed electrical BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for solar projects.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
  • Estimate project costs for Solar PV systems, Inverters, Transformers, Cables & cable trays, Earthing & lightning protection systems, Switchgear & panels and Electrical infrastructure works.
  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting project costs.
  • Prepare RFQ/RFP documents for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Compare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams for material specifications.
  • Support negotiation of prices and contracts.
  • Review subcontract agreements and payment terms.
  • Prepare interim payment certificates and final account settlements.
  • Verify subcontractor work progress and claims.
  • Monitor contract variations and change orders.
  • Maintain project cost records and documentation.
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and financial progress updates.
  • Conduct site measurements and verification of completed works.
  • Ensure quantities and executed work comply with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate QS documentation and records.

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical QS
  • Experience in solar/renewable energy projects is preferred.
  • Experience in EPC projects is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Solar PV electrical systems, Electrical installation standards, Quantity surveying principles, and Cost estimation techniques.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, ERP System
  • Strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.
