  • Supervise and monitor daily operations of assigned pharmacy branches
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and government health regulations
  • Maintain consistent service quality and operational standards across all branches
  • Set sales targets and KPIs for branch managers and teams
  • Analyze sales performance, expenses, and profitability of each branch
  • Implement strategies to increase sales, customer retention, and market share
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate pharmacy staff
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of branch employees
  • Resolve staff performance issues and enforce discipline when required
  • Ensure proper stock management, stock availability, and expiry control
  • Monitor ordering, receiving, and inventory accuracy
  • Minimize stock losses, damages, and pilferage
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional pharmacy service
  • Handle escalated customer complaints and operational issues
  • Ensure pharmacies comply with legal, ethical, and safety standards
  • Prepare regular operational, sales, and performance reports
  • Communicate effectively with Head Office and other departments
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and improvement recommendations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail or pharmacy operations, including multi-branch management
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medicines, and healthcare regulations is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently between branches
