We are seeking an elite, highly seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead our student recruitment operations for Malaysia. The ideal candidate must possess extensive leadership background and deep expertise in the international education sector. You will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and scaling our Education Consultant and Sales teams, driving high-level enrollment strategies, and expanding our institutional partnerships in Malaysia.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, train, and inspire the sales and education consultancy teams to exceed recruitment targets.
• Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to maximize student enrollment for Malaysia.
• Monitor daily sales pipelines, track conversion rates, and conduct strategic performance reviews.
• Ensure education consultants maintain premium standards regarding Malaysian university placements and visa processing.
• Build, maintain, and leverage key relationships with partner universities and stakeholders in Malaysia.
• Analyze market trends to optimize marketing collaboration and lead generation campaigns.

Other Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of solid working experience within an Education Service Agency or student recruitment consultancy.
• Master-level understanding of the Malaysian education system, university networks, and student visa processes.
• Proven success leading and managing both sales executives and specialized education consultants.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or English.
• Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Burmese.
• Exceptional leadership, advanced negotiation skills, target-driven mindset, and high emotional intelligence.
