Job Type - Field Service 

Work Location: Head Office (Tachileik)/ Branch (Mong Phyak)

1. Service Ticket Handling: Provide technical support to customers, particularly for Wi-Fi performance issues, connectivity problems, and basic configuration requests such as password changes.
2. Network Troubleshooting & Technical Analysis: ONU (Huawei) Fiber DB/ Memory, CPU Checking/ ONU/AP/ Router Ping test. Google Ping Test/ Bandwidth Speed test/ Router extend (AP(mode)+DHCP + Static IP)/ ACS(Auto Configuration Server)
3. Installation, Configuration & On-site Service: Relocating routers, adding additional routers, installing LAN cables to resolve customer issues. Install MikroTik devices, switches, routers, and access points for B2B, DIA, and FTTB services if assigned.

• Any Bachelor's degree/diploma (Telecom., Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.) 
• *Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and customer service skills may be considered.
• Minimum of 1years of experience in a technical support or field service role
• Technical certifications (A+, N+) are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet, Email
• Fit for fieldwork, Physically capable of handling equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various
  customer environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
