Job Tiltle : Study Abroad Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential partner universities in Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Compile and organize contact information for outreach purposes.

  • Assist in initial outreach and communication with potential partners.

  • Support marketing activities, including content creation for social media platforms.

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, data management, and reporting.

  • Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

  • Act as a liaison between the founder and external contacts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Prior experience in an operational or administrative role is a plus.
