Analyze staffing needs across various departments and business units
Draft and publish job announcements on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and JobNet
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews
Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks
Collaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary for specialized roles
Build and maintain an internal CV database
Support workforce expansion and replacement planning
Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and recruitment SOPs
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness
Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies

Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
Strong knowledge of social media recruitment and digital hiring tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
Experience working with recruitment agencies is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
Adaptable to recruiting for various industries and job levels.
