Examination of Onboarding Documents:

• Review and verify onboarding documents from new hires for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information.
• Maintain organized records and update internal systems.
• Support the team with onboarding procedures and document requirements.

Digitalization Transformation:

• Lead the digital transformation of recruitment processes by adopting and managing digital tools.
• Maintain digitalized recruitment-related documents.
• Provide site personnel resumes and relevant forms/documents as requested by clients.

Background Check Screening:

• Ensure site personnel possess clear backgrounds before hiring.
• Collaborate closely with investigators for criminal background checks and 10-year vetting checks, adjusting based on client requirements, and ensure timely provision of necessary information

Recruitment Channel Development:

• Assist in utilizing multiple recruitment channels (traditional & digital).
• Post job vacancies internally and externally to relevant channels.
• Participate in volume recruitment campaigns, liaising with function heads to anticipate peak recruitment needs.

Candidate Selection:

• Ensure candidates have clear backgrounds.
• Identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions, company culture, and salary guidelines.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings using structured methodologies.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Onboarding & Internal Communication:

• Assist in onboarding new site personnel, ensuring awareness of company policies and systems.
• Collect and securely store personal details for payroll, taxation, telephone lists, and next-of-kin requirements.

• Myanmar National.
• Completion of a 3 to 6-month internship within the Talent Acquisition team is required.
• Knowledge of digitalization and digital tools is essential.
• Basic computer skills are mandatory.
