  • Source and attract candidates by using LinkedIn, Facebook, job website and other networks etc., as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. 
  • Prepare JDs to be posted on job sites if authorized by immediate supervisor and to be shared with potential candidates.
  • Use candidate databases to match the right person to the clients’ hiring needs.
  • Identify and pre-screen candidates’ resumes and job responsibilities.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Generate new leads and research the new clients for business development.
  • Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment.
  • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Follow up with clients on the interview results.

  • A degree holder (*Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for Associate Recruiter role)
  • Prefer the candidates who has experience in Recruiter role at Recruitment Agency (For Talent Acquisition Specialist role) 
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Fast typing skills and great attention to detail
  • Skills in database management and record-keeping
  • Active learner and effective communicator
  • Proficiency in computers – Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Can communicate in English both oral and written and customer service skills
