  • Plan, create, shoot, edit, and publish TikTok content aligned with the JO-EI Soju brand and marketing plans.
  • Manage the entire video production process independently, including filming, appearing on camera, and/or providing voice-over narration.
  • Edit videos using CapCut or similar video editing software.
  • Stay up to date with the latest TikTok trends, platform updates, and viral content, and creatively adapt them to fit the brand.
  • Complete the monthly content plan within the assigned timeline while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop creative ideas and execute marketing campaigns.

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Confident and comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera.
  • Presentable appearance or a unique and engaging on-camera personality.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, content distribution, trending content, and platform updates, with the ability to apply these insights to content strategy.
  • Able to independently develop content ideas, shoot videos, and edit content (self-shooting and editing).
  • Proficient in filming videos using both smartphones and cameras.
  • Proficient in CapCut or similar video editing applications.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Social Media Content Creator or TikTok Content Creator.
  • Experience managing a TikTok Business Account will be considered an advantage

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of TikTok Analytics and the ability to analyze content performance.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to transform trends into engaging brand-focused content.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
