Purpose of the position

1. Responsible and accountable for checking inbound receiving goods from production lines and other warehouse-transfers (items and quantities)
2. Responsible and accountable for checking outbound delivery goods (items and quantities)
3. Responsible and accountable for daily cycle counting and inventory record accuracy (IRA).

Principal Responsibilities

• Check all inbound receiving goods from production lines and other warehouse-transfers (items and quantities).
• Check all outbound delivery goods (items and quantities)
• Conduct daily cycle count
• Ensure that ground (physical) inventory always tallies with accounting inventory >> inventory record accuracy at all time (IRA)
• Fill up in manual warehouse ledger (if assigned by warehouse management)
• Work closely with factory team for repacking and quality suspected products transfers
• Work closely with forklift operators and manual labours for picking and packing activities
• Work closely with warehouse accountants and iWMS workstation for Pick & Pack and loading accuracy.
• Be a good warehouse operation team-player to fulfil all orders timely (customer service).

• Grade 10 and above (Prefer Diploma or bachelor’s degree holders)
• 3+ years of experience in warehousing or customer service operations
• Strong experience in inventory control and cycle counting
• Has in-depth knowledge in customer service and warehouse operations.
• Good in Mathematics
• Willing to learn new skills and knowledge
