Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Prepare training schedules, materials, and logistics arrangements. 3. Training Delivery & Facilitation Conduct or co-facilitate soft skills, HR-related, and functional skill training sessions when required. Ensure training delivery aligns with adult learning principles and company objectives. 4. Monitoring & Evaluation Collect and analyze post-training evaluation feedback from participants. Track and report training effectiveness, participation rates, and ROI (Return on Investment). Maintain updated training records and employee learning history. 5. Learning & Development System Management Support implementation of digital learning platforms and e-learning systems. Manage training dashboards and prepare monthly L&D reports for management review. 6. Employee Development Support Assist in career development programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives. Promote a learning culture through campaigns, communication, and engagement activities.
