Office Operations & Facility Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensure the workplace is clean, organized, safe, and well-maintained. Implement and update office policies and procedures. Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date registry of company assets, office equipment, and supplies. Supervise regular maintenance and timely repairs. Procurement & Purchasing: Source and purchase office supplies, furniture, and equipment within the approved budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Vendor & Service Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers (e.g., security, cleaning, internet, building management). Fleet & Transportation Management: Oversee the allocation, fuel tracking, maintenance, and logistics of company vehicles and drivers. Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the admin team, including administrative assistants, receptionists, drivers, and cleaning staff. Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare the annual/monthly administrative budget, track expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
