Training Needs Analysis (TNA) • Conduct Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with HODs to identify skill gaps and development priorities. • Prepare and maintain the company’s annual training plan based on performance appraisals and business needs. 2. Training Program Coordination • Coordinate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and seminars. • Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and training providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. • Prepare training schedules, materials, and logistics arrangements. 3. Training Delivery & Facilitation • Conduct or co-facilitate soft skills, HR-related, and functional skill training sessions when required. • Ensure training delivery aligns with adult learning principles and company objectives. 4. Monitoring & Evaluation • Collect and analyze post-training evaluation feedback from participants. • Track and report training effectiveness, participation rates, and ROI (Return on Investment). • Maintain updated training records and employee learning history. 5. Learning & Development System Management • Support implementation of digital learning platforms and e-learning systems. • Manage training dashboards and prepare monthly L&D reports for management review. 6. Employee Development Support • Assist in career development programs, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
Ensure accurate inventory records of spare parts and tools. Manage the maintenance team to respond and perform repair services at any time, anywhere, during and after office hours. Oversee Modern Trade performance, including shelf share, stock levels, and execution of in-store activation activities. Drive and monitor key sales KPIs such as Coverage, Strike Rate, and Effective Outlet % to improve overall sales effectiveness. Lead, coach, and supervise Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to ensure strong field execution. Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, and take timely actions to maintain competitiveness. Ensure strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all sales operations. Plan and execute trade promotions and sales activities to support business growth. Work closely with Area Distributors to manage operations and resolve customer complaints effectively. Prepare and present data-backed sales reports to the National Sales Manager (NSM) and Management for informed decision-making.

Identify sales-related challenges and issues, and ensure timely problem-solving and corrective actions. Manage and coordinate Senior Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies. Identify and develop successors to ensure leadership continuity and long-term talent development. Drive Sales Channel Development initiatives to strengthen and expand distribution channels. Monitor product availability, pricing, and visibility across GT and MT channels. Collaborate with Area Distributors to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally. Reporting nationwide sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to management using data-driven insights.
