Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and update recruitment strategies, policies, processes for all levels to ensure optimum results
  • Manpower planning and participates in all recruitment processes of screening, interviewing, medical checkup process, preparing offer letter, and endorsement
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, monitor requisition approvals and obtain approval and link up with hiring managers and advise on clarifications, changes and resolve issues, if any
  • Source, recommend and establish the most appropriate sourcing channels.
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring recruitment budget including agency fees, career fairs, medical checkup, and as required
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Design recruitment related forms and updates
  • Assist in talent retention and development
  • Advise and update on recruitment related matters
  • Perform or participate in projects as assigned
  • Coach and develop team members

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate; an HR Diploma or MBA is preferred.

  • At least eight years of working experience in the recruitment function within manufacturing and distribution businesses is preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

  • Proficient in English and MS Office applications.

  • Proven experience in participating in the A–Z process of job fairs.

  • Ability to work with staff at all levels, with a high level of commitment and a long-term career mindset.
