  • Oversee import/export operations including customs clearance, documentation, and shipment coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade laws, regulations, and documentation requirements.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments for timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and monitor shipping schedules, invoices, and records.
  • Handle HS code classification, import/export licenses, and tariff codes.
  • Resolve shipping or documentation issues and delays efficiently.
  • Supervise and train team members in trade compliance and best .practices

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in import/export or international logistics.
  • Strong understanding of customs procedures, INCOTERMS, and trade regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., ERP, SAP, or freight systems).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
  • Knowledge of shipping documents.
