  • Control and maintain sales data analysis with related jobs daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
  • Build up communicate skill & negotiation skill with customers, vendors, stakeholders.
  • Update daily sales report to reporting person with related business units.
  • Collaborate sale invoices, Payments, Sale schedules process with team members between customers and company business structures.
  • Handle customers complaint, customers feedback including sales process and controls customers business information’s.
  • Deal with Sales KPI Achievement team targets, support to sales overall performance.
  • Prepare and submit sale reports to management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor.
  • Good use for Microsoft Office Excel, power point (Especially advance excel format).
  • At least 2 years of the sales admin experience as similar capacity in FMCG industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and good team spirit.
  • Results delivery, problem solving ability and effective communication ability.
