  • Receive, process, and verify sales orders
  • Prepare sales documents (Sales Orders, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Credit Notes)
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Support sales team and handle customer inquiries
  • Maintain price lists, discounts, and quotations
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams
  • Track deliveries, payments, and outstanding balances
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance
