  • B2B: Identify, prospect, and secure partnerships with corporate clients, distributors, and
  • strategic B2B partners.
  • Franchise Development: Support or lead franchise sales initiatives; qualify potential
  • franchisees, manage the pipeline, and contribute to the development of franchise
  • recruitment collateral.
  • E-commerce: Develop partnerships with online marketplaces, complementary e-
  • commerce brands, and technology platforms to expand digital reach and sales
  • channels.
  • Integrated Marketing & Lead Generation: Collaborate with the marketing team to
  • create and execute targeted campaigns (content, digital advertising, events) that
  • generate qualified leads for all three verticals (B2B, Franchise, E-com).
  • Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial outreach and
  • prospecting to negotiation, contract closure, and handover to the onboarding/account
  • management team.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct market research to identify new
  • opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes across target sectors. Provide
  • insights to shape product and market strategy.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain a robust CRM (e.g., Salesforce,
  • HubSpot) pipeline. Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs for revenue,
  • partnership deals closed, and lead generation.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Create compelling presentations, business proposals,
  • and partnership decks tailored to diverse audiences (B2B executives, potential franchisees, e-commerce partners).

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in business development and marketing
  • roles.
  • Proven, measurable success in at least two of the three required sectors: B2B,
  • Franchise Development, and E-commerce. A portfolio showcasing diverse deal types is
  • ideal.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that directly support
  • lead generation and sales objectives.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle and a verifiable track record of
  • meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales/marketing analytics tools.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in a high-growth startup, consultancy, or a company with a multi-channel
  • growth model.
  • Established network in one or more of the target sectors (B2B, franchise, e-commerce).
  • Familiarity with franchise legal documentation and the franchise sales compliance
  • process (FDD).
