Job Description

Franchise Operational Leadership:

  • Oversee the daily operations of assigned franchise outlets,ensuring adherence to brand standards, SOPs, and operational policies.

Performance & Profitability:

  • Analyze P&L statements, sales reports, and inventory data to identify trends, address underperformance, and implement action plans to improve profitability and sales growth.

Compliance & Standards Audits:

  • Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, merchandising, and brand presentation standards.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels, shrinkage, and order accuracy.
  • Collaborate with vendors and logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency for franchise locations.

New Store Openings & Transitions:

  • Play a key role in the onboarding and launch of new franchise locations, ensuring a smooth start-up and operational readiness.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and coordinate/facilitate programs for franchise staff and managers on operations, customer service, and technology systems.

Issue Resolution:

  • Proactively address and resolve operational, vendor, or customer service issues escalated by franchisees or customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit operations management experience, with at least 3 years specifically within a retail franchise environment.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with a franchise system such as g&g, City Express, KFC, Fast-Food chains, or similar retail franchise models.
  • Deep understanding of franchise agreements, royalties, and the franchisee-franchisor relationship dynamic.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&L statements, managing budgets, and driving profitability.
  • Extensive experience conducting store audits, compliance checks, and performance reviews.
  • Experience with franchise management software and retail POS systems.
  • Background in convenience retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or fast-paced consumer retail.

  • Leadership & Influence: Ability to lead, motivate, and influence franchisees without direct authority, fostering a collaborative partnership.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent data analysis skills to diagnose issues and develop effective, practical solutions.
  • Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with franchisees, corporate teams, and vendors.
  • Customer Service Orientation: A relentless focus on ensuring excellent customer experience at the store level.
  • Organizational & Time Management: Ability to manage a large territory, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
