  • Develop and implement the company’s humane resources policies and strategies.
  • Evaluate employee performance, skill, and provide recommendation for improvements or changes.
  • Manage recruitment, staffing and employee development programs to enhance organization program to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Oversee employee benefits, compensation packages ,and payroll management .
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the workplace .
  • Conduct training  sessions and seminars to  improve employee skill and productivity.
  • Prepare reports ,presentations, and other HR related documents for management review .
  • Continuously assess and improve HR processes and employee engagement programs.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor’s degree ,preferably in bachelor’s degree in human resources a related fiel .
  • 5+years of experience as an HR Professional .
  • Good Knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law and HR best practices
