• Identify and develop new Project Sales opportunities in industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors. • Visit factories, industrial facilities, and project sites to understand customer requirements and identify potential business opportunities. • Conduct site surveys and, where required, collect BQ/BOQ, measurements, drawings, specifications, and other technical information for quotation and proposal preparation. • Understand customers' technical requirements and coordinate with the Engineering/Technical Team to provide suitable mechanical solutions. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with factory owners, management, engineers, procurement teams, contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders . • Handle Tender & Bidding activities , including reviewing tender documents, specifications, BOQ/BQ, commercial requirements, and submission deadlines. • Coordinate with internal departments to prepare technical proposals, commercial quotations, tender submissions, and project documents . • Develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant Government Departments and Authorities and follow up on government-related projects and tender opportunities. • Monitor upcoming industrial projects, factory expansions, plant upgrades, maintenance projects, and equipment requirements . • Negotiate with customers on commercial matters including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other agreed conditions. • Follow up on quotations and project opportunities from initial enquiry through negotiation, order confirmation, and project execution . • Maintain accurate records of customers, projects, quotations, tenders, and sales opportunities. • Prepare regular sales and project reports and provide market information and competitor updates to management.
Design the electrical systems of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), including wiring, control panels, and motor systems. Prepare and develop Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and Electrical Layout Drawings. Define electrical power requirements, including power supply specifications and voltage ratings, and develop suitable electrical plans. Select appropriate circuit protection devices, including cable sizes, circuit breakers, timers, and PLC systems. Install and perform electrical connections for major equipment such as pump motors, blowers, and other mechanical systems. Carry out proper installation and connection of cable routing systems, trunking, and conduit pipes. Perform installation of control panels and integration of programmed automation systems (PLC). Inspect and verify electrical connections of sensors, including flow sensors, level sensors, float switches, and pressure sensors. Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure the system operates safely and efficiently. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports and project documentation. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for installed electrical equipment. Perform emergency repairs and fault rectification in a timely manner.
