Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for conducting factory surveys, assessing mechanical systems and equipment, identifying customer requirements, and providing appropriate technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of industrial mechanical equipment and previous experience in a mechanical workshop or industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct factory visits and site surveys to assess mechanical systems, equipment, and customer requirements.
  • Inspect and evaluate commonly used industrial equipment, including Boilers, Chillers, HVAC systems, CNC Machines, and related mechanical systems.
  • Prepare site survey reports, equipment assessments, measurements, and technical recommendations.
  • Identify mechanical problems and requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Coordinate with customers, factory engineers, maintenance teams, and internal technical teams regarding project requirements.
  • Apply practical knowledge of mechanical workshop operations, equipment maintenance, repair, fabrication, and troubleshooting.
  • Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, equipment specifications, and project documentation.
  • Provide technical support during project implementation, equipment installation, testing, and commissioning when required.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and communicate professionally with customers during site visits and technical discussions.
  • Keep updated on industrial mechanical equipment, technologies, and maintenance practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Practical knowledge of Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, CNC Machine, and other industrial mechanical equipment.
  • Previous experience in a Mechanical Workshop, Factory, Manufacturing, or Industrial Environment is preferred.
  • Good understanding of mechanical equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic engineering principles.
  • Good customer communication and relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to factories and project sites for surveys and technical assessments.
  • Good teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Age below 30 years.
