  • Partner with Management and Department Heads to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and support leadership and line managers in strengthening leadership capability, team effectiveness, and employee development aligned with company goals.
  •  Oversee core HR functions including recruitment, retention, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.
  •  Drive employee engagement, accountability, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Analyze HR data (attendance, turnover, trends) and provide actionable improvements.
  • Deliver effective HR solutions to support business goals and build a sustainable workforce.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of HR experience, including 5–8 years in a managerial or senior role
  • Exposure to MNCs or structured corporate environments, with hands-on experience in HR policies, performance management, talent development, and HRIS.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively with management and line Manager.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and building a strong company culture.
