Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle full-cycle hiring (posting, screening, interviewing), facilitate orientation, and draft formal offer letters and employment contracts.

  • HR Admin & Payroll: Maintain employee databases, track attendance/leave/OT, assist in payroll preparation (allowances/deductions), and manage SSB registration and contributions.

  • Compliance: Ensure workplace practices align with company policies and Myanmar Labour Law; document and support disciplinary processes.

  • Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, support engagement activities, and manage the offboarding process (exit interviews and clearance).

  • Reporting: Compile weekly/monthly HR metrics, including headcount updates, recruitment pipeline velocity, and turnover rates, for the HR Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Basic knowledge of Myanmar Labour Law and Social Security Board (SSB) regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and HR documentation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity with the ability to handle confidential information
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
