Manage, execute and assist UAT process for Marketing department's projects Support to manage complex program, support and coordinate with team members for large project and activity to meet its target . To Assist Team Manager for final summary audit report regarding fieldwork results for more accuracy of Audit findings in time without errors Supervise and contribute skill and knowledge for junior staff. For selfmanagement, to achieve continuous knowledge development regarding best practices, tools, techniques and standards. Consolidated findings and report development to create holistic view of internal audit results and recommendation to be input for executives and relevant Auditee for internal control improvement to get in time as per Audit Schedule. To manage process of follow-up audit to ensure that action plans and the required measures have been implemented within time frames. To participate in planning annual budget and mid-term plan through cross departmental cooperation. Design, develop, and deliver training programs on telecom transmission technologies (e.g., SDH, DWDM, Optical Fiber, Microwave, IP/MPLS). Conduct virtual, classroom and on-site training for engineers, technicians, and field staff. Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments. Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on current industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate with Line Departments to identify training needs. Lead data research and analytics for business development, improvement, and target/offer optimization using data science. Manage BI strategy, maintaining data models, reporting, automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics. Direct cross-functional projects using advanced data modeling to uncover insights for strategic decisions and optimization. Project Management of HR System Migration Lead HR system migration project to achieve the project objective with below tasks; Collaborate with HR teams as a project coordinator to lead gathering functional requirements and preparing the business requirement documents such as workflows, processes and HRIS system configuration. Lead as a HR coordinator for discussion with IT teams during the initial phase of HR system migration project. Collaborate with IT teams for project management activities during the implementation of HR system migration project, including solution design evaluation, project timeline management and functional testing of the HRIS implementation. Provide technical support to HR functional teams. Conduct training to HR functional teams and develop training plan to end-users Vendor Management . Manage the maintenance service by vendors to ensure the system availability Lead the change request management as per business requirement to vendors. System Management Lead on data migration of new HR system and go-live planning. Conduct regular audits and data clean-up activities to ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Generate reports and analytics to support HR and business decision-making. Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements.
