Monitors and identifies IGW system abnormalities, resolves problems, or escalates to relevant parties for help. On-call standby for urgent issue and to provides technical support onsite during disaster recovery, contingency test, scheduled maintenance, system change requests, software installation, system equipment problems, etc. Responsible to implement on new VoIP set up , new services set up. To participate on regional 24/7 out of Hours rotation where business needs require. To provide technical support for internal and external partners' request and complaints by 24x7x365. Liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution Enhance operational processes to continually meet customers requirements Support all incoming technical fault calls.
Handle provisioning for international IP Transit links, IP Transit customers, and cache CDN. Handle troubleshooting and fault resolution by investigating, identifying, and implementing fixes for reported issues. Provide third-level support to IP Transit customers and handle third-level escalations from the Technical Service Center. Provide escalated technical support for AS 45558 and AS 9988 to ensure issue resolution and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Manage traffic analysis and optimization and provide operating system support in coordination with relevant teams. Coordinate with relevant departments to deliver smooth services to all internet users. Train team members on implementation and support procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the IPBB IXP. Share knowledge and skills with subordinates to improve their practices.
To manage workflow Applications (new applications developing, gathering documents) to get the best solution in time without error or issue. To solve issues, errors and user complaints to fix the failure with the specific time and respond quickly the inquiry with the exact informations if needed , can negotiate and solve with the Vendor. To give guidelines and suggestions to team members to improve their skills and developing the applications. To give the suggestions to users which users can use and well understanding not only about the workflow System but also domain knowledges effectively. Take the responsibilities for the most complex CR and NR for high productively and efficiently to the user expecially for ss2 To suggest and provide the ways to team members for the complex formulae and issue to reponse the user request. To coordinate users or requester and internal Workflow IT team to communicate and manage CR (Change Request) and NR (New Request) tasks especially for Sale Support 2. Provide user training to users how to use workflow applications proficiently and correctly, and support to solve issues within shortest possible times.

Assist Team for Audit Process including initial preparation of Audit documents and take notes in the interview with Auditee and overall checking (Pre Audit Notice to Improvement Report), transportation, and meeting room arrangement within Yangon area. Provide Business trip arrangement (incl. accommodation requirements) for site visit to S&R offices up to payment procedure with respective Vendor. Assist Team Manager and support for Team activities by proactive work for Audit Activity. To practice Internal Audit based on the manuals & procedures and to attend departmental trainings without fail to have proficient audit skill. To contribute effective suggestion & support for in-house training improvement by evidence based practice. To assist Head and Dy Head in preparation of documents by using Myanmar fonts for Government reporting.
Design, develop, and deliver training programs on telecom transmission technologies (e.g., SDH, DWDM, Optical Fiber, Microwave, IP/MPLS). Conduct virtual, classroom and on-site training for engineers, technicians, and field staff. Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments. Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated on current industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate with Line Departments to identify training needs. Support certification and upskilling programs within the organization. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Develop and manage SMS content for all customer communications, including product launches, promotions, service updates, and events. Create diverse marketing content across multiple platforms like social media, web channels, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messages. Promote campaigns and products by collaborating with relevant departments to utilize various channels (website, Facebook, service app, etc.). Plan and execute SMS blast campaigns, coordinating with teams to finalize content, schedule, and secure approvals while resolving any conflicts. Ensure message consistency and effectiveness by collaborating closely with marketing and product teams to align with strategic goals. Analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize content for maximum engagement.
