Handling the business process request from SO (Sales Operations),Finance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), TRA (Telephone Revenue Account),etc.
Support sim operation
Handle operation requirements, functional issues , system issue, customer complaint
Provide the data, information, reports
Support testing process for issues or needs
Handling Business Process Operation
Conduct usual operation with procedures
Deal with customer complaint
Handle user management task for CRM portal

Job Requirements

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field/Diploma in Computer Science (+)
Minimum 2-3 years experience of Telecom business industry
More prefer of minimum 2~3 years experiences in Business Support IT Systems
Knowledge of business process around Billing
Familiar with CvBS system
Basic level Database knowledge(+)
Knowledge of computer programming (+)
Understanding the billing process flow, work flow
Supportive for all stakeholders
Managing diversity and cross cultural issues in teams within the department
