  • Handling the business process request from SO (Sales Operations),Finance, CRM (Customer Relationship Management), TRA (Telephone Revenue Account),etc.
  • Support sim operation
  • Handle operation requirements, functional issues , system issue, customer complaint
  • Provide the data, information, reports
  • Support testing process for issues or needs
  • Handling Business Process Operation
  • Conduct usual operation with procedures
  • Deal with customer complaint
  • Handle user management task for CRM portal

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a departmentally related field/Diploma in Computer Science (+)
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience of Telecom business industry
  • More prefer of minimum 2~3 years experiences in Business Support IT Systems
  • Knowledge of business process around Billing
  • Familiar with CvBS system
  • Basic level Database knowledge(+)
  • Knowledge of computer programming (+)
  • Understanding the billing process flow, work flow
  • Supportive for all stakeholders
  • Managing diversity and cross cultural issues in teams within the department
